Multi-Site QSR Rollout Through National Facility Management
Not every national program runs direct. Some of the largest QSR and retail brands in the country manage their location-level infrastructure through national facility management networks — and those networks choose their own contractors.
TechChefs earns work through those networks because we perform. This is one example of what that looks like in practice.
The Scenario
A national facility management company operating across a major QSR chain needed a reliable electrical and low-voltage contractor for ongoing location-level service and installation work across Texas and surrounding states. Requirements included: licensed and insured in all relevant jurisdictions, capable of same-day and next-day dispatch, clean track record on quality and close-out documentation, and the ability to scale volume as the relationship grew.
What We Did
TechChefs was brought in as a preferred vendor. Work orders spanned electrical service calls, lighting upgrades, camera installations, and POS-adjacent low-voltage work — the full stack of what a QSR location needs on an ongoing basis.
Dispatch was same-day or next-day. Work was completed to brand specification. Documentation was clean. The relationship expanded.
The Result
Consistent, growing work order volume from a national FM network. No named client — the brand relationship belongs to the FM company, and we respect that boundary. What we can say: the brands those FM networks serve include some of the most recognized names in quick-service. We do the work. They approve the invoices.
